The College is affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University and the courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. The College is exclusively for women and is managed by Sree Buddha Foundation, Kollam. This technical institution is developed by blending the concepts of Lord Buddha: Kindness, Humanism and Equality - with the modern trends in the field of technology.

Location

SBCEW is located at Ayathil, near Elavumthitta in Pathanamthitta District. The college campus is blessed with serene air and scenic beauty. Though a rustic village, Elavumthitta has a glorious past. Nearest railway station is chengannur ,about 12 km away and Nearest Air Port is Trivandrum , about 110 km away.
