The management of SBCEW is vested with Sree Buddha Foundation, Kollam. It is a registered Charitable Society, engaged in educational, social and cultural activities in accordance with the teachings of Lord Buddha. Sree Buddha College of Engineering, Pattoor (Alappuzha District), Sree Buddha Central School, Karunagappally and Sree Buddha Central School, Pattoor are some of the reputed institutions run by the Foundation. It is with this immense experience and expertise that Sree Buddha Foundation started Sree Buddha College of Engineering for Women. The paramount objective of the Foundation is to contribute to the uplift and empowerment of women in general and rural women in particular, thereby strengthening all movements for social justice and gender equality.

Prof. K. Sasikumar is the retired Principal of Sree Narayana College, Kollam. He is a member of several academic bodies like State Curriculum committee, NAAC, etc. Also, he is the Chairman of Sree Buddha College of Engineering, Pattoor ,Sree Narayana College of Technology, Kollam, Sree Narayana Institute of Ayurvedic Studies &Research, Puthur (University of Kerala), Sree Narayana Public School, Kollam and Sree Buddha Central School, Karunagappally.

Secretary: Prof. V. Prasad (on leave)
Prof. V. Prasad is the Secretary of Sree Buddha College of Engineering, Pattoor and is associated with several other educational Endeavours. He is the Secretary of the Sree Buddha Central School, Pattoor and member of executive committee, Sree Narayana Institute of Ayurvedic Studies & Research, Puthur & Sree Buddha Central School, Karunagappally. He is a faculty member of an aided college.

Dr. K.B Manoj is the member of the Executive council of Sree Buddha College of Engineering, Pattoor & Sree Narayana Institute of Ayurvedic Studies & Research, Puthur.
